By now you know that change is a powerful force, a powerful driver. People – you, me, and everybody – are either perplexed and dominated by it, or recognize the change as an opportunity to move toward sustainable success. In my experience, I have found that mastering change is an invaluable skill – one you can learn and one I can teach you.
Right now, we are confronting unprecedented changes in technology, the environment, globalization, competition, and attitudes occurring at unprecedented rates. With all this change, critically important questions often go unasked and unanswered until they emerge as serious problems.
From self-run, self-started enterprises to larger well-established market leaders, the need for help most frequently occurs when a business adjusts to change from one phase of growth to another. During these periods, corporate world leaders and people like you and me need to master the art of managing expectations and adapt to change in concert with the times.
My practice offers processes that can be taught and learned to address the challenges change creates. At different stages there are different strategies that have consistently proven their worth. Industries, companies, products, systems, and leaders may be different, but they all share similar problems and common solutions.
